Women in Games: Celebrating Your Achievements & How to Effect Change

Join women leaders from studios, startups and indies alike in a discussion on the state of the games industry, how to celebrate your victories, and how to create lasting affirmations to guide you to the next level of your career. Hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Games, and Women in Games International (WIGI), the event will begin with a panel discussion, followed by drinks, appetizers, and networking.

Women leaders from Embracer Group, Amazon Games, and Thoughtfish will share their experiences and advice on celebrating accomplishments and how to effect change. The panel will be moderated by Joanie Kraut, CEO of Women in Games International (WIGI).

The event will take place at KölnSKY, an event space nearly 100 meters high with breathtaking views of Cologne. Music will be provided by DoIT.

Women In Games events aim to build and foster a supportive community for women, non-binary & allies in the games industry. These events provide a safe space for connecting, sharing knowledge, and networking with fellow developers and professionals in the game industry.
